ACRA: 2026 Public Accountant Certificate Renewal via Bizfile from Dec 2025
ACRA requires public accountants to renew their 2026 certificate of registration via Bizfile from 1 December 2025, meeting CPE requirements and other criteria. Key obligations include 120 CPE hours over 2023-2025, with specific structured learning in core areas, and fees starting at $750. Late submissions face extensions, removal, or reinstatement processes.
ACRA Launches Business Profile API from 18 Nov 2025
ACRA is introducing a new Business Profile API within its Entity Information Query (EIQ) service, available from 18 November 2025. This API offers automated, real-time access to key business entity details such as UEN, entity name, and position holders. It benefits financial institutions, legal services, and investors by streamlining verification processes.
